1. Service

Lumiqo provides software tools for creating and managing business billing records. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and tax treatment of the documents and data you enter.

2. Accounts

You must keep account credentials secure and provide accurate registration information. Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk or unpaid subscription status subject to the applicable plan.

3. Subscriptions

Paid-plan prices, billing periods and feature limits are shown at checkout. A paid plan activates only after payment is verified. If a subscription expires or is cancelled, your data is retained while paid-only features may be restricted.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to distribute malware, conduct fraud, violate law, interfere with the platform or access another user's data.

5. Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Customers should maintain appropriate exports and backups of critical business records.
