Payment providers

When online payment is used, payment processing is handled by the selected external gateway. Lumiqo stores transaction references and statuses required to reconcile the subscription or invoice, not card credentials entered on a provider-hosted checkout.

Security and retention

Passwords are hashed and supported platform secrets are encrypted. Business records are retained while the account is active and according to the operator's retention policy and legal obligations.

Users can update business information in their workspace and can contact the platform operator regarding account or privacy requests.
